First Great Western offers discounted travel for groups who are travelling together.
GroupSave
GroupSave allows groups of three or four adults and children to travel off-peak for the price of two adults. One adult must be part of the group. Up to four additional children can travel for £1 each return. GroupSave can be purchased from your local station or from our Telesales on 08457 000 125.
Terms and conditions apply for GroupSave tickets and tickets are not available for travel on certain dates. Please enquire at time of booking.
How to book GroupSave
You can now book GroupSave online!
Simply enter the number of adults and or children that will be travelling in your party ( multiples of 3 or 4), from the Railcards and other discounts drop down box choose either GroupSave 3 or GroupSave 4. If booking a return journey click on the Flexible Returns button located at the bottom of the page to choose the appropiate ticket for your journey.Then continue on as normal to finish booking and pay.

GroupSave Restrictions
Please be advised that there are restrictions on GroupSave travel, click here to see further information on restricted GroupSave travel dates.
Please note: GroupSave tickets are not valid on Fridays on the 1406, 1506, 1606, 1703, 1803 and 1903 London Paddington to Penzance services from 28 May to 3 September 2010 inclusive. GroupSave tickets are barred from all possible journeys on these services, except journeys wholly within Devon and Cornwall.
Groups of 10 or more
First Great Western offers group discounts for groups of ten or more travelling together. Adults receive a 26% discount and the children aged 5 to 15 (inclusive) travel at half the normal adult fare less a 26% reduction.
Group travel must be booked at least 7 days before travel and can be booked up to two months in advance of the date of travel.

Gatwick Flyaway
Our Gatwick Flyaway ticket allows up to four adults to travel for the price of two to Gatwick Airport. Prices start from just £40 return and Gatwick Flyaway is available from most stations. The return ticket is valid for up to one calendar month from the outward journey. Proof of airline travel is required. Tickets can be booked at staffed stations or through our Telesales on 08457 000 125.
