Buy online, collect at station
Buy online and collect at stations
Now it's even easier to buy train tickets online and then collect them at automatic ticket machines at stations.
We're installing new ticket machines that allow you to collect train tickets ordered online, with tickets ready for collection 2 hours after ordering.
The new machines are bright blue - you won't be able to miss them! We also have some existing machines, called FastTicket, which can also offer collection of online tickets.

To find out which stations have self-service machines for online ticket collection, check the list at the bottom of this page.
Collecting from self-service machinesCollection from self-service machines is easy, you only need to remember to bring 2 things:
Credit Card (now including Mint cards) that was used to make the booking.
FastTicket reference given to you when the booking was made.
When at the self-service machine:
- Insert the credit or debit card used to make the booking
- Key in your unique FastTicket Reference number when prompted
- Your ticket(s) will then be dispensed.
The screen of the FastTicket machine contains all the instructions you need.
Please note.
- If you have made a booking on behalf of other travellers the booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address displayed on the delivery details page.
