First Great Western holds 25 ‘Meet the Manager’ sessions each year, at various stations throughout our network. During these sessions, you are invited to meet our senior managers and directors to discuss your thoughts and suggestions about our services.

Meet the Manager on the train
Meet the Manager sessions will be taking place on trains in the Plymouth area
on the following dates:
- Wednesday 17 April 2013
- Wednesday 02 October 2013
Meet the Manager sessions on Reading station Concourse and on Trains on the Newbury line, Basingstoke and North Downs.
- Wednesday 22 May 2013 - PM session on Reading concourse between 1600 and 1830
- Wednesday 9 October 2013 - Meet the manager on trains, Newbury line, Basingstoke, North Downs and concourse between 0900 and 1030
